Our full service rental package covers our clients for every eventuality. From delivery and installation through to all the servicing and any breakdown cover that's required, all backed by our unique price and service guarantees. The full service rental package really does takes all the risk out of your water cooler supply and guarantee's that you'll no exactly how much you'll be paying every month. No matter what happens we'll have it covered, at no extra charge.

- Doulton Supercarb 1 micron ceramic water filter, housing and all connections
- Full Stealth Installation in accordance with EPDWA guidelines
- 6 monthly filter changes
- 6 monthly maintenance & sanitisation
- Full breakdown assistance
- Ongoing warranty (machine breakdowns will be immediately dealt with and/or replaced if we are unable to fix them)
- The Waterpoint Next Day Service Guarantee – We fix it by the next working day or that month is free
- The Waterpoint price guarantee – No price rises for the life of the cooler
Purchase
Outright purchase of machine can be cheaper in the short term but is more of a risk. If your cooler breaks down or fails after the warranty has expired then you would bear the cost for the replacement. We understand some customers already have their own maintenance people or the plumbing in place so we're more than happy to offer cooler supply only if that's what you prefer. We have broken down the costs in constituent parts below.
Outright Purchase
- Machine, delivery and warranty (normally 1 or 2 years)
- Doulton Supercarb 1 micron ceramic filter, housing and stem connection - £75 + vat
- Installation - £75 + Vat
- Service Contract £150 + vat (this includes 6 Monthly service, filter change and sanitisation).
- Service Contract Plus £200 + Vat (includes 6 monthly service, filter changes and sanitisation plus ALL callouts)
- Extra callouts are charged at £70 per visit
- Offset your coolers carbon footprint £20 per annum.
